Dear Hilliard Families and Staff,

As we start a new school year, Hilliard Elementary begins its membership drive with a K.I.S.S.: Keeping Involved Sustains Success! We look forward to renewing old memberships and receiving new ones. Your membership enables our PTA to reach its goals and objectives: to encourage parent involvement in their children’s education; to recognize the dedication of the Hilliard staff; to enhance the children’s elementary school experience; to encourage communication amongst the staff, PTA and families; and to support National PTA and Ohio PTA programs.

This membership packet is full of important information about the upcoming year and how you can be part of the fun! The information provided will help you better understand the fundraising efforts we undertake and the programs, activities and services our PTA provides.

We kindly encourage you to send in your Membership Form and dues within the next few weeks. Please let us know the activities you’d like to be “Involved” with.

We also ask you to promptly return the Student Directory Authorization Form included in this packet so that we can publish the student directory as soon as possible.

Our “Success” depends on your membership and involvement! Please join the Hilliard Elementary PTA. Our general membership meetings are held in the school cafeteria on the third Thursday of the month at 9:00am. Preschool children are welcome! I brought mine for several years.
