Current Anouncements

  • The Guidance Office requires 15 working days to process a transcript for a college or scholarship application. To request a transcript download a Student Record Release form located at http://www.westlake.k12.oh.us/WCSforms 
  • Financial Aid workshop for seniors and parents will be held on Thursday December 3rd at 7:00 in the PAC.  Laura Boswell from Cleveland Scholarship will be meeting to discuss the fafsa and other financial aid planning information.  Ms. Boswell has appointments available from 7:30a-2:30p on Wednesdays to meet with seniors and parents in the guidance office.  Please call Mrs. Frazier at 835-6375.  We also invite junior parents and students who are interested in preparing for the process in advance.
  • The Plan test (Pre-ACT) will be given to sophomores on Tuesday January 26th at 7:30 a.m.  The cost is 15.00 check or money order and registration will be held before or after school in the guidance office January 11-15 only.  We encourage all sophomores to register.  Additional information is available at act.org.

 

  • Registration Codes for Naviance Family Connections were mailed home to juniors and seniors the week of 9/21. Registration should be completed as soon as possible. Seniors should complete college applications while logged in to Family Connections. For assistance contact the student’s counselor.
