Westlake City Schools

Mr. Mays  is serving his third term which will expire on December 31, 2015.  He graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, JD and Cleveland State University, BS, Education.  He is an attorney in private practice in Westlake.

Ms. Winter is serving her second term, which will expire on Dec. 31, 2015.  She graduated from Eastern Michigan University, MA  Middle School Ed., and Central Michigan University, BS Elementary Ed.  She is pursuing her doctoral degree in Education Admin.

Mr. Cross is serving his first term, which will expire December 31, 2013.  He graduated from Cleveland State University with a MPA and a BA.  He is the Executive Director for the Cyctic Fibrosis Foundation; Northern Ohio Chapter.

Mr. Falcone is serving his first term, which will expire December 31, 2015.  He graduated from Ashland University, MBA, and Bowling Green State University, BS Journalism. Mr. Falcone is an Underwriting Director for RLI Corporation.

Mrs. Leszynski is serving her first term, which will expire on December 31, 2013.  She graduated from the College of Mount St. Joseph, MA, Education and Kent State University, BA, Education.  She is a retired middle school science teacher.
